1. A variation of the Hindu Pushup posted earlier – and harder!
2. I like this sandbag squat / lunge back. I’ve tried it a few times.
3. Leg lifts like this are difficult; I need a bar like this more for pull-ups/chin-ups, but I’ll use it for these as well.
4. Not sure about these surfer things.

When I first read about these I could do 20-30 normal pushups in a row. I figured I could crank out at least 10 of these. Did I?
